Here I goooo! I'm at 365 words right now -- so if I wrote one word a day for a year, I would be up to where I am right now. Of course, it would take me almost 140 years to finish the book, and National Novel Writing Lifetime-And-A-Half doesn't quite have the same ring to it. Currently my protagonist is leading a horse across a street. I don't know what the city's name is, but the NaNo forums are running slower than a snail on pot (which, according to Eddie Izzard, can enable one to win a race against 40 other people who are all dead, or something like that), so I have a feeling I'm going to continue to not know what its name is for a very long time. And I have to get back to my APUSH notes, and then work on math and bio and storybook. : ( Life sucks. Back to writing! |

So it occurred to me that I should probably actually write something here. Y'know, since I'm trying to move, and all. I'm just going slowly. Very, very slowly. This journal is going to be friends-only as soon as I actually get some friends over here. And I'll need a new banner. I like my other one, but it's time for a change of scenery. As a first step in moving over, I'm going to be putting all my NaNo stuff over here. I'll probably make a separate journal for that, once I have some idea of what I'm actually going to be writing about. So basically, this post accomplishes absolutely nothing. (Well, it means I don't have to study for my math test yet. But that's probably not a good thing, is it?) Cheers! |
